  • Failure to deliver promised features as documented

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Message credits that have been consumed
  • Subscription fees after the 7-day grace period
  • Third-party service charges (WhatsApp Business API fees)
  • Custom development or integration work

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund
  3. Allow 3-5 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • Unused portion of subscription period
  • Severity of service disruption
  • Customer usage and engagement

5. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us directly:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All data and services will be terminated
  • Future service access may be restricted

6. Credit System

For messaging credits:

  • Unused credits expire at the end of billing cycle
  • No refunds for expired or unused credits
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

7. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
  • No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Data export available for 30 days after cancellation

8. Dispute Resolution

For refund disputes:

  • First contact our customer support team
  • Escalate to management if needed
  • Final resolution within 15 business days

9. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-15 business days
  • Digital wallet refunds: 3-7 business days
