2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Message credits that have been consumed
- Subscription fees after the 7-day grace period
- Third-party service charges (WhatsApp Business API fees)
- Custom development or integration work

4. Partial Refunds

5. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us directly:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All data and services will be terminated
- Future service access may be restricted
6. Credit System
For messaging credits:
- Unused credits expire at the end of billing cycle
- No refunds for expired or unused credits
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
7. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
- No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
- Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
