SimplyPost is a SaaS platform that provides WhatsApp Business API automation tools for businesses in India. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • WhatsApp Business API integration and messaging automation.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) and lead tracking.
  • Appointment booking and scheduling tools.
  • Order management and catalogue sharing via WhatsApp.
  • Broadcast messaging, chatbot flows, and template management.
  • Analytics dashboards and reporting for business communication.

SimplyPost may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Obligations

As a user of SimplyPost, you agree to the following:

  • You will provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including India's Information Technology Act, 2000.
  • You will not send unsolicited messages (spam), misleading content, or any communication that violates WhatsApp's Business Policy or Commerce Policy.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • You will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the SimplyPost platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying code — are the exclusive property of SimplyPost and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from SimplyPost.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by SimplyPost without any obligation to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SimplyPost and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

SimplyPost's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SimplyPost in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SimplyPost makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
