SimplyPost provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for WhatsApp Business API and RCS messaging with campaign management, AI chatbots, billing, and analytics features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violating WhatsApp's terms of service
  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Harassment or abuse of other users

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Data Protection

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

SimplyPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
