1. Refund Eligibility
SimplyPost offers refunds under the following conditions:
- You cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal and have not substantially used the platform during that period.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our end (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong plan amount).
- A paid feature or service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to an issue on our side, and we were unable to resolve it in a reasonable timeframe.
- Your account was charged after you had already submitted a valid cancellation request before the billing cycle renewal date.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@simplypost.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Business Name]".
- Include your registered email address, the transaction ID or invoice number, the date of the charge, and a brief reason for the refund request.
- Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional details if needed.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the expected refund timeline.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Bank processing times may vary. If you do not see the refund reflected in your account within 10 business days of the approval confirmation, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase or renewal.
- Partial use of a subscription period — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within an active billing cycle.
- Charges related to third-party services or integrations (e.g., WhatsApp Business API fees, SMS gateway costs) that are billed separately.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use.
- Promotional or discounted plans that were explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your SimplyPost subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
- Data associated with your account will be retained for 30 days after the billing cycle ends, after which it may be permanently deleted.
